Not much in the way of soundproofing. Expect to hear everyone in the hallways as well as any traffic passing by even on the top floor as I was. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable enough. The woman who checked me in was amazing. Very personable, kind, and held great conversation. She should be recognized for her above and beyond efforts.

Rick was very pleasant and welcoming when we arrived late after our event, and the front end staff in the morning (lovely gal) upon leaving smiled and was lovely as well! Even the breakfast staff fellow was kind and overall we felt valued as guests and would definitely go back to stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the great service and friendly team of staff who cares for us during our stay :)

I needed a hotel in the mid Surrey area and the location of this hotel was perfect. About 20 minutes from Vancouver and 10 minutes to the Cloverdale area. Great experience during my 6 day stay. The hotel is not super fancy or upscale, but it is well maintained, very clean and everything works. The staff are very friendly and very professional. Can't think of any downside. I would definately stay here again & would recommend this hotel to anyone.
