Centrally located in the charming neighborhood of Queen Elizabeth Park, our space is sure to give you a warm and cozy stay. Located near plenty of amenities on a quiet street such as restaurants, shops, and local bus routes that can take you directly downtown in minutes.
The set up of our family dream suite is truly a spirit lifting for a flawlessly private getaway. Our comfy bedding will give you a sleep worth coming back for, and being near amenities such as Queen Elizabeth Park, local recreation centers, restaurants, and shops makes running out of things to do not an option. With so much on your doorstep, running out of things to do is not an option, that is, if you can pull yourself out of our super cozy beds!

Very nice neighbourhood. Host flexible..allowed us to stay after regular checkout time. There were ants in the bathroom and sometimes a few in the kitchen. There was no receptacle for kitchen waste.

Lovely home and wonderful location
My family and I stayed here for 6 days and had a great time. There is a grocery store nearby with friendly staff where we sent our teenager shopping, a park with play structure and trails, a large, fully-featured community indoor swimming pool, and easy access to transit (need a transfer to Skytrain though). Salina was very helpful, courteous, and quick to respond to our questions. We would highly recommend this stay to others!

Really great location on a quiet street and in easy walking distance of Main St and QE Park. We stayed here for the Vancouver Marathon and it was right by the start line! Perfect for race morning!

We have stayed at this property several times in the last 3 years. It is always clean and very comfortable. Neighborhood amenities cant be beat. Close to Queen Elizabeth park. Excellent location to visit family.

Apartment by the park
The property is in a great location close to cafes, grocery shops and parks. Unfortunately we found parking on the street close to the property difficult and had to move our car frequently in order to comply with parking regulations. Salina was very helpful in terms of making sure we had access to the shared laundry and was a great host.

Small Family Stay
I booked the accommodation for my husband, nephew, niece and myself. There was ample room for us. The wedding events took place in Richmond, East Vancouver, UBC and Downtown. The location couldn't have been better.

We enjoyed the proximity to Main Street and the Hillcrest Pool. The living room has a cozy couch and good natural light. The EV charger noted in the listing is at the Hillcrest Pool (a very short walk) and owned by Shell.

Wonderful!!
We had a wonderful time staying at Salina’s property. We were in Vancouver (from Chicago) to drop off our daughter who is starting at UBC. The property was perfect on all levels. It was clean and cozy and welcoming. Salina was more than accommodating and responsive to all my questions. She even let me ship a few packages to the address before our stay. The location couldn’t be beat in its proximity to Main Street shops and restaurants and it is about 15 mins from the University. We loved going to the park and got day passes to the rec center gym, (also has a pool and ice rink). This was a bittersweet trip for us because we left our daughter but it really helped to be in a friendly and comfortable environment. Thank you Salina for everything! You are a sweet and wonderful hostess!!

Enjoyed my conversations with Salina, lovely lady! Also enjoyed her adorable little dog! Location a bit further away from touristy stuff then I realized. Queen Elizabeth park and a short walk to Breka bakery cafe was great. Cleaning lady was a no show so Salina did some cleaning. She was gracious to let us check in early, which was super helpful. The bathroom shower looks amazing but floor was slippery and pressure so so. The primary bedroom would benefit from a lower bed and repositioned under the window to make room to get in on both sides of the bed. Overall, great hostess, nice quiet location and great natural light in the main living area, good tv and wifi.

Hiccup on Early Check-in But Very Accomodating
We had arranged well in advance for an early check-in, arriving with luggage on the shuttle from Whistler. Unfortunately the owners were caught off-guard by previous guests who did not check out on time. We called ahead to confirm it was still ok to arrive and there was some confusion. Salina & Adam were gracious about allowing us to come to bring our luggage while we were waiting for the cleaning. They treated us to a bottle of wine for the inconvenience and were very attentive during our stay. The VRBO is in a great area by the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park, on a quiet street with funky vintage shops and cafes nearby. Thank you for all the fresh towels and supplies to make our stay comfortable.

We loved your beautiful dream garden suite! We took advantage of the easy accessibility to so many terrific coffee shops, stores, restaurants, parks within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at Salina’s property. We were over from the UK for our son’s wedding. The accommodation was just a few blocks from his home which was great. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. The host was extremely helpful and responded to any queries we had immediately. Cozy, clean unit for a quick get-away so conveniently located close to downtown and for nice morning walks to the conservatory in Queen Elizabeth Park. Beds were not so comfortable and kitchen not completely stocked. Only one dish washer pod and no baking sheets. Not many dish towels. So close to Main Street shopping, restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend to others.

Clean and quiet.
This property is just as advertised. The pleasant surprise is how accessible public transportation is. Located 1 block off main street, the bus and train systems are completely accessible. Also main has many shops and restaurants available. We enjoyed our stay.
