家族やゆっくり過ごしたい方にオススメです(^^)I really like this place!
こちらに1週間宿泊しました(^^) ホテルではなくマンションの一室を貸しているので部屋もキッチンも広く快適に過ごせました！ 11階で眺めめ良かったです(^^) 洗濯機と乾燥機、食洗機もついて居るので長期滞在にも向いていました(^^) キッチンには炊飯器もあり小物も全てあるので食材と調味料だけで事足ります！ 4人と子供1人で宿泊しましたが、お風呂もトイレも寝室も２つずつあるのが良かったです(^^) プール、ジャグジー、ジムが一階にあったので水着持参での宿泊をオススメします！ マンションのオートロックの有料駐車場を借りました(^^) リッチモンドの駅からも近くショッピングモールも近く道を挟んだ反対側は大きいパークで朝から散歩も楽しめました！ 過去に2回程バンクーバーのダウンタウンのコンドミニアムタイプのホテルに泊まりましたがキッチンも部屋もどちらもこちらより半分以下の狭さで同じ値段だったので、今回はリッチモンドですがこちらに宿泊して正解でした(o^^o) チェックインは夕方4時から受付みたいで、チェックアウトは朝11時までなら指定の時間にしてもらえました(^^) チェックインの時間などのメールでのやり取りや部屋についてからの説明は全て英語でした。日本語も対応しているのかは試さなかったので分からないです(-.-;) I really recomend this place for family and long stay! This place has everything. Location is convinient! I'm gonna book again when my parents or friends are visiting us in Canada. Thank you Linda:)

공항에서 가까운 곳에서 1박하기 위해 선택했는데, 아주 깨끗하고 만족스러웠습니다~! 호스트분들도 아주아주 친절하시고 관리도 잘되어있고 깨끗했습니다. 투숙객을 위해 세세하게 신경쓴 흔적들도 보이구요~ 총 네명이 묵었는데 욕실도 두개라 편했구요~ 위치만 목적에 맞다면 추천할만한 숙소입니다.

No es un hotel, sino un Departmento amueblado. La zona es de fuerte influencia asiatica y también lo es este Edificio de departmentos. La Cocina bien equipada, y lo mejor, el LUGAR es muy tranquilo, ideal para un buen descanso. Tiene una piscina temperada espectacular en primer piso

Very clean and convenient
This is an apartment and not a hotel and for us it was a perfect choice as we wanted more space and relax without having to leave the room for cleaning service. Richmond is like a new Chinatown with lots of great Chinese restaurants. The town is very safe and convenient. The apartment is located very close to a big mall and the train station to downtown Vancouver. Leo and Linda were very kind and let us check in early. We enjoyed our stay and had no trouble at all.

You should not advertise this as an airport hotel. They have no shuttle, no secure place to leave luggage, no front desk and I had to tell them exactly when I would be checking in after dinner.

Don't stay at Benco - you'll never get in...
We could not stay at the hotel because it was not a hotel. It was a residence pushing their apartment on your site. There is no parking, or any way to unload bags. There is no "front desk". The so-called "contact" did not answer her telephone and her voicemail was full so we couldn't leave a message. We ended up staying at a wonderful Sheraton a couple of blocks away. We highly recommend that you remove Benco from your site.

Great Family Stay
Benco's communication was great. Camella answered all of our questions before and during our stay and let us check in early. We also met Linda at check out and she was so friendly. It was one of the best places that we've stayed at. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for us. The view from every room was great and the location of the place was so convenient.

Very clean and comfortable unit. However, too bright to sleep at night b/c of street lights and poor blinds quality. If you're a light sleeper, street noise can make it hard to sleep. Overall, I would definitely come back once they change blinds or put dark curtains in bedrooms.

Nice condo close to shops and park
Had a wonderful stay at the rental condo with 2 small kids. They loved watching the birds and the nice view from the big windows. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It's close to shops and a big park, and we walked everyday.
