"They are remodeling and the materials had an odor in common areas. In the room, no smell. The room was a studio and very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was very comfy. Furniture seemed to be new and in excellent condition. I am a single woman and felt safe. I thought the $5 parking fee was BS. The hotel is in a neighborhood, not downtown. It seemed to be a money grab. I have stayed here in the past when it was another company. The location is good. Quiet."
