"While the property is clean and spacious, the main selling point for this unit is its location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants and even the skating rink. In terms of customer service from reception staff, don't expect much. They will produce you the card keys to access your unit and provide directions to the parking space, but that's about all they can do for you. You will need to directly contact the property manager with the phone number you're provided for all other inquiries....

"The room was super musty, bathroom uncleanly and for some reason, we were told that housekeeping would only be appearing once every three days. I had to ask for housekeeping to come on the third day, and we were out of towels by the end. Additionally, the hot tub that was advertised was broken, as was the sauna. There was no indication upon arrival that either of those things were un-useable. Would not stay again."

"We have been to Harrison a number of times, so I'm not sure how we missed Bramblebank Cottages in the past?! But this discovery has put a whole new spin in visiting Harrison! The property was perfect for my husband and I, in our private little cottage. So clean, well equipped, cozy, convenient and relaxing! We loved it sooo much, we have booked the whole property for our whole group (dragonboat team) for next year! Can't wait. I have to admit, we have overlooked Harrison as a "close but far"...
