"I stayed in this small family hotel almost every year since 2016 at the end of August or beginning of September. Good breakfast, spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam), very friendly and helpful owner. Also, when you stay during the summer, you will get a free cable car pass (+local buses in Saastal) in a form of an electronic pass. The area is very calm especially compared to Saas Fee and Zermatt. Having a car definitely helps if you want to have a dinner in one of those fancy restaurants in Saas...

"Beautiful place to stay just above the town. It has a lovely garden to sit in and the rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. You certainly need a car to get around but it is a very comfortable place to stay. The owner is very prompt and easy to communicate with...would certainly stay here again."

"Paolo was an amazing host. The B&B is in a fantastic location right off the main road. There are 4 rooms total, each one is decorated with unique antiques and artwork that Paolo has collected. Paolo gave us great recommendations for what to see in town. During breakfast we had a wonderful meal, and spent over an hour talking with Paolo about many interesting topics, from travel to politics. "Absolutely gorgeous ! Extremely peaceful - fabulous views and the family are so friendly and helpful . Rooms are extremely clean and well presented . It is a gem of a property and feels like it is stuck in a glamorous era of 50/60 s film stars visiting the area which is just stunning . We will be returning ! Just beautiful ! "

"Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue pour notre voyage de noces à minuit. On a sonné, la personne nous répondait à travers la fenêtre (on ne sait pas à qui on parlait) elle nous disait que la maison était pleine et que l'on devait partir. On a demandé s'il y avait un hébergement à proximité, elle a arrêté de nous répondre. C'est un manque de respect incroyable, fuyez cet endroit loin"

"Sehr schön. Sehr schöner Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den See, abends besonders schön, wenn die Lichter in Stresa oder auf der anderen Seite in Baveno leuchten. Der Strand ist nicht eit weg, vielleicht 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist abgeschlossenes Gelände. Das kann man auf einem zur Wohnung gehörigen überdachten Parkplatz abstellen. "The hotel is in a brilliant location for Stressa itself and for the boats to the Islands. The hotels interior is very Palatial, we expected it to be some what Palatial it was vastly more than we expected. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was lovely."
