"The property is good, clean and centrally located on the flat area 1 min from the ticket office. However there is no parking and it is not really obvious from the large underground car park (which is underneath the hotel and you can see it as you arrive) how to access the hotel - instructions could be provided. We had to wait 10 mins ringing the door bell and finally calling the manager for someone to let us in, the safe did not work in the room, and we were not expecting room 2 to be bunk...

"Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. Shower was hot with good pressure and the one small room at the end fits 4 as there are two bunk beds. That's all that fits there, no other furniture in that room. "Fascinating concept - i.e. staying in a cave - but the cave space wasn't much different from a country cottage once furnished with old furniture, lighting etc. Our living room was adequate, but the bathroom shower cubicle was in bbad condition. The bedroom (deeper into the cave) was delightful to look at, but the mattress and pillows were hard. Perhaps this place would be a lot better at the start of the season?"

"Our stay was great. Check in was smooth, they do require a deposit of 150€ for keys upon check in which you can pay with a card. Room was clean, bed was cozy, and the view of Sierra Nevada was awesome. shuttle service is provided for 2€ per person each trip. Overall, we had a great stay. Danny helped us check in and helped us figure out how to take the bus back to Granada. He was very helpful!"

Absolutely Fabulous!

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again."

Great stay

"Stayed at inside plaza for 6 nights, we booked a studio room but were given apartment 34 which had a separate sleeping area which was lovely. Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. Supplied with cleaning products , soap and shower gel so the only thing we needed were more toilet rolls. We usually stay at the Melia but thought we would try an apartment and please we did. Would highly recommend and would stay again…. "
