"We have stayed in Italy for our summer holidays for years but this was our first time in Terni. The house was larger than we expected and plenty big enough for us and then some. The living room has high ceilings, the kitchen very well equipped and plenty of space to sleep upstairs (three bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms) downstairs there was a games room with further beds which the kids made use off in addition to a larger bathroom with jacuzzi bath. "This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. "

"We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...

"Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful"
