"A nice family owns this business. Breakfast good. Very hospitable. In the country setting, but not too far from Montefalco historical area. We recommend this place and would stay again. Need a car to enjoy the area."

"We felt honored to have had a week at Borgo Incantado. It’s a magical place. The staff were wonderful, the animals were wonderful and the setting was truly enchanting. If you have a chance to spend anytime here, you should take it. "

"Amazing small hotel great that it has additional indoors pool included in the proce of the room helps when the weather is not great as the outdoor pool is not heated. Great room even small one is including balcony and is quite spacious. Only improvement I would suggest is more choices in the restaurant as after 2 days of lunch and dinner you might feel like you tried everything. Pool menu is a nice alternative as you can order just a small sandwich btw amazing focaccia with mozzarella 😍"

"We had a wonderful time staying at Maria Rosa’s as a family of 6 with 4 kids 11 & younger. It was a great price & had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was a nice place to use as a home base for exploring the area of Umbria (Don’t miss Assisi! It is amazing!) There was a well loved pool table & foosball table that our kids greatly enjoyed. We were able to cook with all the pots & pans we needed & the water was hot for showers. Keep in mind you definitely need a car & this is a well...

La struttura è a conduzione familiare e ciò ti permette di sentirti a casa , i proprietari molto cortesi e ospitali, l’uso della piscina è autonomo come l’ingresso e l’uscita della struttura. "We had a lovely summer holiday here. The property was as described, set in a peaceful rural location which was exactly what we were looking for, but only a 5 minute drive to the local village.
