"Our travel was by train it was a long tiring ride however Larry was very kind and kept the light on for use since we checked in after midnight. The apartment was clean and very cozy. The beds were perfection and OMG the shower after a long day of travel was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay Thank you Larry and Fran."

"The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The studio has everything you didn’t know you needed. The manager is close and responds very fast. I will always look at this location for availability when I come back to Wichita. I also found an adorable coffee shop near by. This was my first time renting a private property and I was not disappointed."

"Very disappointing. No hot water in the bathroom or kitchen, no bedding for the futon bed, no coffee cups, very limited simple kitchen item. The elevator entrance was located in a extremely dark parking lot."

"We had an amazing stay at this house! The property owner made the home so inviting and homey. Everything was available, no detail was forgotten! Makeup towels, laundry basket, wide variety of kitchen appliances and utensils, blankets in the living room, coffee, tea, sugar, Splenda, etc. All details were covered to make an excellent stay! Excellent communication with the property owner! We stayed 3 days and had an excellent experience! Definitely will stay again!!!"
