"Lovely rooftop apartment in the centre of Cagliari with an amazing balcony and great views. 16 minute taxi ride away (20 euro) from airport and central to a main shopping street. The host kept in contact prior to us arriving and due to being a late flight in, we messaged when we were on our way from the airport and he arranged to meet us at the apartment. Would highly recommend for long or short breaks."

"Arianna was a wonderful host, very communicative and responsive on the few occasions that we needed her assistance. It is a traditional house in a very quiet suburb of Copeterra so ideal for a relaxing stay. The house is well equipped. A car is essential to reach Cagliari, the good beaches, restraints and sites. The ongoing roadworks cause a diversion and delay but hopefully they will be completed soon."

The hosts are charming and welcoming, the neighbourhood is quiet, there is an excellent bar/restaurant/pizza on the nearest corner, and the local bus stops there if you want a day in Cagliari without driving and parking."

"Wir reisten am 5. Oktober nach Nebida ins Dörfchen Tanca Piras. Der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Concierge war extrem angenehm. Das Häuschen liegt am Rand eines hübschen Feriendörfchen unterhalb Nebida. Im Oktober wäre es sehr ruhig, hat kaum Leute, wäre da nicht genau in unserer Woche ein Drummer Camp, das ab 10.00 Uhr morgens gute, aber sehr laute Rhythmen verströmt. Lesen oder Ruhe ade.... "We stayed in the ground floor apartment. It’s really big with plenty of space. The kitchen is well equiped. There’s a nice terrace and all the rooms have airco so even on the hottest nights it’s cool inside. Francesco is a great host. Always friendly and upon arrival he had filled the fridge with drinks and plenty of water bottles for the whole week. So very nice. The pool and garden are just fabulous! "Wir haben nach mehreren Sardinienurlauben vor 25 Jahren die Insel erstmals wieder besucht und wurden positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung war bestens eingerichtet und überaus sauber. Sie liegt nicht in einer reinen Touristensiedlung, sondern in einem überwiegend gewachsenen Wohngebiet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht und äußerst hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!"

"We had a fantastic 2 week break in Nebida. Simonetta and Francesco could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They gave us lots of information on what to do in the local area. The house itself was beautiful and very clean and well presented. Everything you need in a holiday home. The pool was fantastic too- never busy, but a lifeguard always on duty and with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. We would happily return here again the future.
