Everything I needed and all the activities were within a 2 to 15 minute walk - post office, grocery store, walking tours, bakeries, restaurants, everything! I have stayed in several VRBO rentals over the years, and Francis is, by far, the best host I have ever met! He is so caring, attentive and helpful, and can’t do enough for you. "We were a little confused about the number of bedrooms, listing details said two bedrooms. There was only the one seperate bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot. The Sofa bed was in the lounge area. It was not a problem for us but could be if you really need two seperate bedrooms. "Lovely classic old French house, slightly out of town (very short drive, OK walk) with great pool, top quality table football, table tennis, nice furnishings. One bedroom off by the pool, for better or worse. Riberac is a quiet but nice town, and the house is near the river, across from a small village with a friendly cafe - closed for part of August. Very convenient to supermarket and petrol."
