"Helpful reception team, lovely room. Had everything we needed. Trains were a bit noisy nearby but nothing some airbuds didnt solve. Pool was a bit chilly but again, not end of world! Would defo recommend if you want somewhere away from centre but close to supermarket, few restaurants, near little mermaid and nice walk into the centre and close to train and metro"

"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"This is a very nice property with a great harbor view. The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and they are there until 10pm to assist you. The check in and out process is very easy. Grocery store is right across the street and a Metro station wirhin 10 minutes of walking distance. It is about 15 min from the city center. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend this place for families traveling in Copenhagen. "

"Probably the nicest place we stayed on our trip to Scandinavia. The room was spacious and clean with great information about the shared spaces. Staff were very helpful when we needed them. So much thought has gone into the room to make sure you have everything you might need, including a fan as we arrived during a heatwave and this was a necessity!! The location is a little out of the way from Copenhagen city but very easy to get to via public transport, we loved travelling on the local train...

"A few issues: The kitchen is not fully stocked, as it is missing some essential items. There is a window pane that is un-frosted in the bathroom, strange considering all the other panes are. It is lacking hooks for towels in the bathroom if you have more than 2 people there. Needs more garbage bins in the apartment. No A/C is a bummer but it wasn't super hot while we were there, so not a big deal but would be a much bigger issue if it was really hot. The location is amazing, right on Stroget...

"The room was big and perfect for four people, although the sleepingsofa was very small for two people. Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned properly and the water didn't run out of the sink. There were leftovers on the table and even on the toilet. We cleaned the room ourself and the hotel fixed the sink, but as a result we didn't use the kitchen or the fridge. "
