"Had a great few days in this hotel which is ideally situated in Bilbao to explore old and new town.The room was spotlessly clean and had great views of the river.Breakfast was adequate for our needs but could be improved a little.Would definitely recommend this hotel for a clean comfortable stay in Bilbao."

"Excellent Hotel! center in Bilbao, easily accessible with metro lines, also really close from the Airport Bus (go all the way to end stop of the bus and its 5-10 min walk, easy). Room/Bathroom great, however, walls are thin so be mindful.. would book again!"

"Great location, shops and restaurants all nearby. Good transport links, we got the bus from the airport and then it was just a maximum of a 10 minute walk to the hotel. We had a junior suite as we needed a family room and the inclusion of a coffee machine was much appreciated."
