"Buena ubicación, recién pintado. Apartamento como se ve en las fotos. Debería actualizarse algunas cosas, tales como el baño y las ventanas que son demasiado viejas. También se debería revisar la potencia de luz contratada puesto que con un solo fuego de la vitro , el microondas y una lampara saltan los plomos. "On arrival at the property we were a bit unsure of the area but after meeting Juan Jose the host we were sure we had made a good choice. the apartment was excellent with everything we needed was in house. "Stayed one week in this beautiful large apartment just a short walk from central Santander. Apartment was perfect for what we wanted. We used the bus network to get around with estop just outside taking you to El Sardinero. Would recommend apartment as it's close to centre of Santander but not so that it is too noisy. . Mar was an excellent host"

"Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. There were many flies when the cows are nearby. I recommend keeping the de-humidifier on at all times. Everything in the uint was well kept and in working order. We would definitively recommend it...

"Not very good value for money. This summer we spent 4 weeks away - this property was the most expensive we rented, but the poorest quality. The apartment is very small. There were 5 in our group (2 adults and 3 children) and we struggled with the space. It is more suitable to 2 people than a family. "Fab little apartment for a perfect stay in Santander. 10 mins from the centre but far enohht away to be lovely and quiet. Shops nearby including some lovely panederias with fab pastries and fresh bread. Getting in was confusing but once understood was easy. Host very helpful and allowed us to stay for the last day after checkout time as the weather was awful. Highly recommended. Would stay here again."
