" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

We were first greeted by the owners who are lovely people, who speak very little English by the way, but thats irrelevant really. Despite reserved months in advance, they arrange for tree trimming services with a loud chainsaw for two consecutive days during my stay. Demanded extra cash for cleaning beyond what is agreed upon when booking."

"After numerous delays we arrived after midnight. Not easy to find in very dark village. The house is authentic and tastefully decorated. It is a genuine family home and we loved the personal touches. It was spacious and comfortable. It was possible to find places to sit inside and out if you wanted to be away from the main group. Lovely gardens with lots of steps. I would suggest it isn’t suitable for anyone with balance or walking issues. Although the adults loved it I am not convinced it...

"Our party of 4 enjoyed a four night stay in this very nice apartment which is convenient for the city centre and the Santa Catalina area which has a nice market and plenty of bars and restaurants. Pedro was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful to any requests we made. If we return to Palma then we would be happy to stay here again."

"Villa Patricia was lovely - spacious enough for six adults, clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped, set peacefully among pine trees and other villas. It is a few minutes drive to local amenities. "The house and garden were very wellkept. The contact Isidro was keen on doing a great job, very structured and punctual. Remember that you have to make a full cash deposition on arrival (not with card) which we would had appreciated to know in advance. Bonyola center is just 2 min with car. The overall stay and house is highly recommended, nice planted garden that is taken care of (its better in reality than thr pictures show), pool cleaned every morning and the fenced estate area is quite big."
