"We really enjoyed ourself but we were unhappy that the front desk was so understaffed. It took us 30 minutes to check out (honestly just to hand our keys in). The rooms are lovely but not big. The area is kid friendly but a not big town. We would come back. 20 minutes from Valencia centre❣️"

"The staff were absolutely fantastic—attentive, professional, and always going the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. The food was equally impressive, with every meal being a delightful culinary experience. That said, I did notice a couple of areas that could enhance the guest experience even further. While breakfast was delicious, it leaned heavily toward pastries and sweet options; offering more healthy alternatives would make it perfect. Additionally, I felt there wasn’t much for kids to engage with, so perhaps more child-friendly activities or facilities could be considered. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I’d gladly recommend your hotel to others. Looking forward to visiting again!"
