"The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience."

Otherwise it’s comfortable and well equipped. Lots of positives. Property is split into two separate apartments which suited us perfectly. It’s in a cul de sac and was therefore a very quiet area. "We stayed at the property during October 2024 when the terrible rains came to Valencia. Although we weren't affected in Moraira, Paz the owner very kindly reached out to make sure we were alright. The property itself is fantastic and all the better for not being a new build. The house is an easy enough walk into town, although if you're with small children you'll probably want a buggy ... at least for the homeward leg which is mostly uphill! We had a great time and look forward to returning in...

The pool area is so clean and is like a 5 star hotel but without the crowds. I would definitely like to visit again.
