"After leaving the property in the way requested by the owner Ismael we then received an extra charge for a cleaning fee. The claim was that we had left vomit and rubbish all over the house which is a complete lie and was not the case. when asked for evidence of this Ismael could not provide this. It was stated that it took 4 hours to clean the property but the claim was put in just 2 hours after checking out of the Villa. All the rooms in the Villa were left tidy and free of rubbish, bin bags...

"We had a lovely week at Casa Kathleen. The view is fabulous, as is the outside terrace and pool. The villa' s living area is large, comfortable and airy. Everything worked and was well maintained. The villa is located close to beaches, shopping and Denia but you will need a car! We'll definitely return."

"The villa needed updating, it could be a lovely villa. Finding the villa was an absolute nightmare, they should consider using the App Just Three Words. Problems we encountered were, the shower in upstairs apartment was useless, it had the wrong wall fixing, so had to be handheld. The barbecue area had not been cleaned at all. The outside furniture hadn’t been cleaned. One of the beds on ground floor wasn’t fit for purpose, 2 single mattresses placed on a base that was too small. We accept that...

"We stayed here for 10 days in June 2023 and had a lovely stay. The villa is set up in the hills and is extremely private and very quiet. The pool is beautiful we had it heated for our stay and it was perfect 👌. The host was extremely helpful and communication was excellent. You do need a car to enjoy the local area but don’t let this put you off as there are some beautiful places to explore. Would definitely stay here again thank you ☺️ "
