"Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there".
