We had booked for three people, but only the king size bed upstairs was ready. We had to open and prepare ourselves the sofa bed downstairs with the available sheets (actually, a duvet cover)....

"Absolutely awful. The apartment was dirty, greasy even and dusty. We had to clean the whole place and washed the sheets ourselves. Almost everything was broken, the bed, fridge, tv, shower, even one of the things to hang the sheets we washed. Mattresses are the cheapest thinnest available and with the broken slats combined to be the worst bed I’ve ever slept (or not slept) in. The oven was so filthy it filled the whole flat with smoke.
