"Great spot in Lucca, very easy to walk to everything. We had some of the best food of our trip in Lucca! The owner was very helpful in getting us a taxi to the property after we had dropped off our rental car. The only small negative is it can be quite noisy at night due to the bar next door, but I guess that is the trade off for staying in the centre of town. We would stay here again! "

Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. "Fantastic location, wonderful people, home cooked meal was amazing. Relaxing, wonderful furnishings. Beware that the heat is very expensive if you use it! Kitchen is awesome to cook and views are unbelievable. Couldnt reccommend more for a true Tuscany experience. Views are stupendous. Was a highlight of our trip just to play with the dogs and sheep and get a gourmet meal. Easy to go all over the region from here as well. meal on Ne highly"
