The Jardín del Turia apartment is located very close to the Center (8 minutes walk) has an area of ​​150 square meters and can accommodate up to 10 guests with maximum comfort. Optional parking (medium car) price 15 euros/day.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
It is configured with 4 very spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds, two with double beds and one with four single beds, decorated following the latest design trends to create environments with personality and very cozy, in which antiques and avant-garde pieces are combined. With two full bathrooms and a toilet, also a balcony with two chairs and a table. This apartment can provide a quality service to its guests.
Equipped with full WIFI, air conditioning and heating in all rooms. It also has optional PARKING (direct payment to the owner for this service outside the platform) for a medium-sized car at the price of 15 euros/day, smart TV, washing machine, full kitchen with all small and large appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster or coffee maker with free coffee, tea and milk capsules available to customers.

Thinking of the little ones in the family, we have a high chair, cot and trunk with games so that they can also enjoy their stay

If you like sports, we are located in a privileged environment where you can practice almost all of them, in front of a 6-kilometer-long garden that surrounds the city and allows you to practice countless excursions, whether on foot, running or by bicycle, as there is a bicycle rental service and daily guided routes are organized from the same building as the apartment. Swimming, gym, climbing wall and sauna in sports complex three minutes walk away.

It is easy to enjoy the best tapas restaurant in the city just 60 meters away, Shopping area with cinemas, children's playground and restaurants 200 meters away. Very dynamic and vibrant neighborhood with laundry services, supermarkets, banks, car and motorcycle rentals.

We are located very close to the city center, just 8 minutes from the old town, botanical garden, many museums and ancient towers of Quart, and 15 minutes walk from the center. We also have the advantage of easy connections to all the main tourist destinations, as in 2 minutes we have access to the bus and metro stops that will take us to the airport, all the beaches and port of the city, city centre, Silk Exchange, old Central Market, Cathedral, Arab baths, bullring, old North Station, palaces, Albufera Lake Natural Park, 'Biopark' zoo, City of Arts and Sciences, the largest oceanographic park in Europe, etc.

Perfect for Groups
Juan was a great host for my group of friends and I while we stayed at this great VRBO. The apartment is true to the photos and it's a nice space for a group of 10 people with 2.5 bathrooms. The location is nice because you can walk to old town and you have easy access to the river park in Valencia. 3 of us rented bikes downstairs at the apartment and biked all the way down the park to the port and finally to the beach while the rest of the group took taxis to get there. Highly recommend this place and if we have a big group coming back to Valencia, we will try to book with Juan again.

Lovely place, plenty of space!

Superb apartment in a great location
We loved the apartment. Very spacious and suited for two families. Nicely decorated and fully equipped with all that is needed. Location is excellent, close to the old town, lots of great restaurants and bars, and last but not least, El Corte Ingles for good shopping. Juan is a great host, waited for us, provided information and was very attentive. We had a nice welcome package with mini muffins, water, milk and coffee (very well received after a long day of driving). Thank you Juan!

Excellent apartment and area.
Six of us, 4 adults and two teenagers, fit easily into this spacious well-furnished and excellently located apartment. Could benefit from new sofas or better sofa covers, but furniture generally fine. The host, Juan, is super helpful, amiable and easy to contact with questions and requests for assistance. The Pechina (Petxina) location is outstanding, overlooking the wonderful Valencia greenway park (excellent for walking, bicycling, exercising, relaxing) and in near proximity to eateries, stores, transportation and the city center. Valencia is a vibrant, easily manageable city with good access to beaches and outstanding cultural amenities. Garage parking availability a major plus. Overall, a great facility in a strategic relatively quiet and non-touristy location with good elevator access.

The apartment was large with 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and a vast lounge / dining room / kitchen with a small terrace at one end. Juan welcomed us on arrival and talked through how to get to key places in Valencia and recommended a few good restaurants. He was always available if we needed him.

Fantastic Rental Highly Recommend
This wonderful property was in a great location. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We could not believe how spacious it was. Juan was extremely helpful with wonderful recommendations, checking us in, assistance with last minute travel advice and much more. He was great. We appreciated the special touches waiting for us at the apartment, coffee and muffins and more...extra towels and a shopping trolley/bags, annotated maps, umbrellas, there was a great supply of basic supplies like laundry, hand and dish detergent etc (which is not always present in my travels experiences). We enjoyed the small balcony as well. There were some great restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Plus taxis and bus/Metro routes are right there. Thank you Juan for all your help. We cannot wait to return again in the future!

Close to the old town
We stayed at this spacious apartment in August and found it to have all the mod cons we needed. There was air con in all the bedrooms and the open plan living area--this was crucial given the high humid temperatures in summer. There is a lovely little balcony too. Unlike other properties we have stayed at, there were supplies of all the essentials, toilet rolls, shampoo, soap. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crokery and cutlery, a dishwasher and amundant supplies of tea, sugar, coffee pods and cupcakes. The check in process was very smooth and Juan was there to great us at the property. He very kindly annotated a map of the city for us with recommendations of some really good eateries. We didn't use the metro (Turia station was just 2 mins away) but the buses were really good, especially on days when a 30 minutes walk proved too challenging. The bus drivers take cash and the fare is just euro 1.5. The bus stop is just outside the apartment. There is @10 minute intervals between the buses. Routes 95 and 92 will take you to the beach; route 95 will also take you to the City of Arts and Sciences. You can also hail a taxi at the top of the road. The walk to the "old town" was @10-15 minutes. Juan was a super host and was just a whatsapp away, which was very reassuring. We would recommend this property to mid and large sized groups and would happily stay here again.

This place is HUGE, and lovingly decorated. It's by far the largest rental property we've ever stayed in -- more than enough space for the 7 of us. And our group (average age 50) truly appreciated the decor. The location is a bit of a way outside of the old/city center, but it's more than a fair tradeoff if you're comfy walking and/or navigating public transit. Our only regret is that we couln't stay longer. Would DEFINITELY consider staying again.

Excellent Apartment
Right in the middle of Valencia by the long city park, this was a great apartment. We are a large family and after a day, and with Juan’s help, we learned our way around the city, the parking, and the stores. The apartment was well sized for about family of eight with beds to spare. Two and a half bathrooms were plenty and everything was well equipped. We will miss this apartment and Valencia. It was amazing!

Fantastic Host and Fantastic Property
Juan is an excellent host who communicated very well, offered restaurant tips and patiently answered our questions. His property is as clean and spacious as it looks on the listing. Perfect Valencia Stay
Really enjoyed our time here. The host was super helpful. The apartment is beautiful and in great shape, and is literally across the street from the giant city park where there are walking paths and ponds . In addition, there is a grocery store and mall just the other side of the park and an easy walk. The A/C worked really well which was a big help. And it was really nice how the apartment was so well stocked with all the necessities like tea/coffee/pantry items. The host also provided water and pastries for us so that made it feel very welcoming. It is not near the beach so if you want to go you have to drive or take the bus (but it's very close). We were offered garage parking which made it very easy to go out and come back in and was a big help. This was a great place to stay and would definitely do so again.
