"I would rate this hotel as Very Good, but it is not a 5 star property - more like 3.5-4 stars. We stayed in the villas which were clean and spacious with good facilities (kitchenette, cooking utensils etc) but tired and needed refreshing (i.e curtains with torn lining, varnish worn through on chairs and table, rusted clothes rack etc). The staff were largely lovely however encountered a few who were quite rude unnecessarily (Atlantico Restaurant manager completely ignored my mum patiently...

"Great pool and spa amenities. Close to main Tourist strip and market. Very clean and professional as expected to a high end resort venue. Good breakfast buffet, recommend people to take this option. Excellent view. Good parking Great base to explore the Algarve from once you rent a car. "
