"The greatest asset is the staff. They were endlessly helpful to me in working out all sorts of issues, especially about train travel in Spain. One negative for me: the sharply sloping ceilings in my room are hazardous to a tall person. I hit my head hard several times during my stay. The hotel is in a wonderfully decorated historic building in the center of town. A perfect place from which to enjoy Santillana Del Mar. The only point against them is that there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Parking available in their lot for a small charge. "
