"We stayed at this very special villa for 6 nights in September. Our host, Guido, was exceptional and we really appreciated his hospitality. "Anna was just a delightful host - because we came in late, we asked if she could provide us a simple meat/cheese tray (at our cost of course) and she provided a 4 course home made meal!!!! It was fantastic and we ate leftovers for our entire stay. The villa is just beautiful and had everything we needed and more - be sure to come in warm weather to use the pool. It's a perfect home base to explore the area - but be prepared to drive the curvy roads - which is half the fun! "

"L'endroit est idéalement situé à environ 30 - 45 minutes du centre historique de Florence et à 20 - 30 minutes des commerces. Calme absolu dans cette charmante petite maison où seule Renate (la propriétaire) vit et s'occupe de vous si besoin. La piscine est très agréable et la terrasse pour déjeuner à l'extérieur est bien abritée du vent et du soleil l'été. Bref, nous aimons beaucoup l'endroit !"

"Great stay up in the hills above Londa. Apartment is under the family home, and also with a second apartment next door. We hadn't realised that there were two - photographs on Vrbo show mostly of the main apartment but with a few views of the other one. Our apartment was ideal for us. "The villa was constructed in the 18th century and fully renovated inside. It had 2 nice rooms with AC, living room and fully equipped kitchen. We loved having breakfast and dinner outside the villa while enjoying the view! Margherita was a great host and we appreciate her letting us to enjoy her place for few days! I highly recommend this place. It is also very well located at 12 mins by car to the Rifina train station, 40 mins to Florence and 50 mins to Chianti Classico region."

"I can't say enough good things about both the cottage and the hosts. Jane welcomed us warmly and showed us around. The views from our windows were gorgeous. We loved the cottage; in fact, we loved the entire property. She and her husband, Giampiero, recommended places to visit: local towns, restaurants, coffee shops, and gelato shops as well as a wonderful wine tour and tasting at the castle above the property, which Jane bookled for us. We're hikers and enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds...

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
