"The staff were very friendly and informative and facilities were very good. Cinema is a bonus with extensive film choice. Allso we were all very impressed with the standard and creativity of food offered by Jamie the chef. Friendly staff, great vibe, nice reception area with games like pool and video games to hang out, free snack around 4pm, ski shop in the hotel with very friendly staff - we enjoyed our 3 days of skiing! The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. The pool and spa area was a great plus when coming back from a day of skiing. You have to take the car to go skiing but...
