"The problem was at checkin. I arrived after 8:30pm so there were no staff, the checkin machine required a physical card which I had not brought with me (I was cycle touring). I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room."

"A F1 hotel is a basic motel and this was no exception. Typical F1 room, which does the job for an overnight stay when driving through France. Hotel was next to the autoroute and had ample car parking. Only one pillow provided for each guest and these were not great. "The hotel is nice for a quick stay. I don't think they are used to an extended stay. For a week there is not a lot to do in the village. Although the village is beautiful. The train is close and easy to access for other day trips but the times are not good. last train is 8:00 out and 10 back from avignon for example.
