"The apartment made us experience the life in the old city which was nice. But the place was not as shown on the reservation site (the bedroom was not made of stonewalls). Also, it didn’t look like it was well taken care of. The electric blinds were worn out and one literally fell off the wall. I wrote an email to the owner but never heard from them. I slept one night out of 3 because there is zero insonorisation and the party from down the hill goes from 11:00 until 5:00 in the morning! ...

"Big room in a quiet old manor/estate. A bit hard to find, google did okay however the entrance was not signed very well. Stairs to room, good breakfast and quiet area. Grounds are dated but the house is clean and spacious. Host was helpful offering maps of the area and ideas for restaurants. "

Check in code didn't work until we were given a new one. - Upon arrival, we were allotted a single room instead of two, and bed sizes were incorrect. - There were no toiletries. When I communicated to Ana, I was asked " why I didn't tell all these things to the cleaning person" when I had the chance. That is not my job nor theirs. The location is good but it is so hard to find because there is only a smal piece of paper stating it is...

"Great cozy guesthouse, situated right in the center of Aveiro. Fine common space with a kitchen you can use (there is a refrigerator too). Nice room with a comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. Delicious breakfast in the morning, which you can eat in the sunny patio. Overall - great at this price."
