Schönes Haus, schlechte Kommunikation
Erstmal das positive: wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist sensationell. Wir waren in 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit Novasol sehr schwierig und es gab anfangs doch einige Probleme beim einchecken. Wir konnten das Haus z.B. nicht finden, weil es sehr versteckt liegt. Dafür wäre eine bessere Beschreibung gut. Außerdem gab eine keine Info zu diversen Sachen wie Wlan Passwort, Code fürs zahlenschloss am Außenbad ( welches sehr klein ist), Erklärung zur Benutzung der Dusche, die anders funktioniert als gewöhnlich... nach und nach haben wir uns alles selbst erarbeitet, aber das hat das Ankommen und die ersten Tage doch etwas überschattet. Ansonsten ist das Haus wie gesagt echt schön und vor allem traumhaft gelegen. Wir würden wiederkommen.
