"We enjoyed staying at sweet songs jungle lodge. Staff were very friendly and helpful while the grounds and rooms very nice and well maintained. We opted to use their shuttles and excursions which provided high quality guides and timely reliable transportation. We especially enjoyed canoeing from the lodge to San Ignacio on market day seeing monkeys and birds along the way and visiting nearby Mayan temples. We highly recommend staying here. "

Not only is the property beautiful (swimming pool, patios, tennis court & walking trails) but the room was so clean and well-appointed. We slept so well every night! The restaurant was fantastic - we usually like to go to local places but the food was so good that we ate breakfast both days and dinner one evening there. Beyond everything else, the staff was so kind and courteous. Special shout outs to Ozzie...
