"We stayed here for a night to look around the town. The hotel is well located with an underground ar park and is about 5-10 minutes walk from the old town and lake. Our room was a good size with plenty of power sockets and working USB outlets. It was a no frills room but everything we needed, clean and modern. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Staff were wonderful and the check in was lovely. There’s also a nice lounge too. Parking was 30CHF for the underground car park but there are cheaper options nearby."

"We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location. It is a great place to stay!"

"This was such a lovely hotel! I felt like I was in a Disney movie. Beautiful hotel and surrounding area. Cobbled stone streets, charming clock tower and old buildings everywhere. Near lake Zurich. Absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately being in a small town, my partner faced some discrimination. I am white and “looked” Swiss and had no problems, he is Persian and got many stares and was not treated respectfully by all in this small community."
