The indoor pool & hot tub could have been warmer. The room was very nice and clean. The showers don’t pivot so may be uncomfortable for tall people."

"Enjoyed our one night stay, however the restaurant displays a video on their menu while waiting to be seated and it is not the food you will be served. It showed how they hand make burger patties and when ordered I received a boxed premade patty. Not the same at all. Other than that it’s a great spot if flying to/from Toronto air port. "

"The only critique is that there were no ramps, was a bit challenging to get up the stairs with luggage as we are a bit older. Otherwise excellent"
