This hotel is tucked away in what seems to be an industrial area. The hotel is out dated. The hall way carpets leading to the rooms definitely need a wash. The hall ways are not welcoming at all feeling like you are walking through an office building. The hotel is a non smoking building which had the obvious smell of cigarette and weed smoke. The room was basic and clean. The washroom appearance was not terrible except for the obvious mould running along the bottom between the tiles and glass shower. Mould inside the shower shelf. The sink was clogged so you had to quickly shut off the water for it to drain. The bed was not the most comfortable. Front desk staff was pleasant to deal with. Room service for extra towels took a reminder call after waiting almost 45mins. Keep in mind if you check out on a sunday around 11am the restaurant is closed for breakfast or lunch. Would we stay again? Would we recommend? NO not based on the price per stay

I felt mislead about this property. It was NOT 4 stars!! I slept on top of my covers because there were crumbs in the sheets. The condition of the room wasn't good and when we arrived the A/C was on - the only reason we booked this room was because of a snow storm and it was unsafe to continue travelling to the A/C was pretty shocking to walk into. Do NOT recommend this hotel
