"The property and cottage were well maintained and overall we enjoyed our stay. The ad stated that there would be an additional charge for pets without a value. Upon reaching out it was not clarified and ended up being $75 per dog on arrival. It would be appreciated if that was communicated prior. Our initial greetings with the host were rushed and there were errors with the wifi connection effecting our payment. The host persisted that I must use another form of payment while standing outside...

"The children enjoyed their time at the cottage. There's enough activities for everyone to do (kayaking, canoeing, pedal boat. They also have firepit where you can roast marshmallows. The property has an ample space to play freebies, badminton, volleyball and basketball. The cottage is a little outdated but it is spacious. Our overall experience was great. Ali was great too..We will go back to this property again.."

"This cottage/cabin is the perfect place to be for peace and quite and to hear a rambling brook next to the cottage. The first day the cottage was very cold, but once my husband got the wood burning stove filled with wood started, it was very cozy for the entire week. "My family and I all enjoyed staying at this property. The cottage is exactly as described in the listing. It was immaculate when we arrived and we were very pleased with how well stocked everything was. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. Beds were comfy, and you couldn’t beat the views from all of the windows. Highly recommend to stay here, and we would definitely return."

"Had some time to get away and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Everything was exactly as described. Nice seclusion. The host was friendly and offered his services at a moments notice. The private lake is gorgeous. Don't forget to bring your fishing gear! Would recommend and hopefully will return in the future."

"Staying at the River Done was a truly awesome experience. Communication was great, if we needed anything a quick text helped us with anything we needed. Enjoyed access to the canoe and kayaks, fishing off the dock and some local public spots as well! The Rover dome was a quiet, tranquil place for some quality time together and r&r!"

"Property was nice and cottage was nice. The walkway from the cottage to the hot tub/dock could be improved as it was very rocky, sloped and not very wide due to weeds growing. Could have easily slipped and fell there. The dock was very nice although the ladder to get in/out of the water was unusable as 3 out of 4 bolts had rotted out of the wood. We had to get in and out of the water climbing on the rocks which were a bit slick so that wasn’t ideal. Overall the property was nice and the location...
