"Nuquimar stay was very comfortable, within walking distance to downtown. The service was very good. The manager, Mr. Nilson Barrera, was very helpful in every way possible. He arranged a couple of tours for us. This is small family friendly hotel a block away from the beach. "

"The best place for lovers of nature and solitude. A wonderful remote setting between forest and the sea. Quiet except for the ocean. Wooden houses, good views, can walk a stretch of 5km beach without meeting anybody. Good swimming, other activities are on offer. Easy to reach with a final motorbike ride along the beach. Helpful staff. Colombian food 3x / day available; not fancy but pretty good. Cash was required and invoicing is difficult, in case you need that. Filtered water would be great...

"This Town and Hotel was less thsn Advertised..but the Staff was Excellent..Friendly..always Available. The pool and Bar were Great..nice Lounge..great food only 5 or 6 minute walk in any Direction..there is a beach 200 yards from Hotel but Not accessible always low Tide...the accessible Beach is 30 minutes away by taking a Tuc Tuc....its and Aventure.with Beautiful Scenery thur the jungle..i would stay here again..but i will plan my Excursions in advance, next time.."
