"Gorgeous old building, very easygoing, helpful and friendly staff, close to train station for 15 min journey into San Sebastian. Comfortable and clean. Nice large rooms. Relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend"

"No signage to how to enter the hotel, room was an inferno - very hot. No fans. Seemingly nobody else in the hotel but maybe the owners were above us and there was noise until 2:30am. We slept 1 hour and then gave up at 5:30am and left. Terrible experience. "
