"Beautiful property. Housekeeping does a good job. Front desk staff is alright though not particularly welcoming even though they know customers have traveled from afar. They never return emails sent to them prior to our arrival when we had questions. I even asked the staff and they didn’t have an answer. Strange. "

"I don’t have much to say about my stay. Landed late in the evening. It was super easy to get to this hotel from the airport via tram. Basically checked it, went to bed, and headed out early in the morning to the next destination. It was a cute, unique hotel with very friendly staff."

"I stay at Ruby hotels whenever I can. Mimi is within blocks of the train station so you can walk to the hotel but you do not feel that you are in the station area. The Limmat is just outside the front door so you can sit and enjoy the view of the lights on the water at night. Decor at Mimi is as fabulous as it is at their other locations. The bar area is great and there is a restaurant on site. Rooms as comfortable and clean as always. The staff was exceptional at Mimi so I commend them and thank them for making my stay even more enjoyable. Everything in town is within walking distance so convenient if that is what you are looking for. Thank you Ruby for yet again another great stay. "

"Overnight stay at the airport just to catch an early flight. Very convenient to be close. Quality of hotel was Radisson standards - very good. It was hard to locate the hotel at the train station level. No signs there. Would add those. "
