"My family of three (2 adults and child) loved the home very much! Communication with both Jo and Francesco was stellar. The home is quaint and in a pretty private area. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed the proximity to small grocery stores and an easy drive to beautiful beaches. We had never visited Sardinia before, but we would absolutely stay in the home again. I would say that the description could be updated a bit, as there is not much of an ocean view as trees have grown in....

"Von der Buchung bis zum Check out verlief alles reibungslos. Wir konnte sogar 3 Stunden vorab in die Unterkunft kostenlos ein checken, da unsere Flieger schon sehr früh auf Sardinien ankam. Das erfanden wir als ein super Service. Die komplette Kommunikation mit Melisa war außergewöhnlich gut. "Lovely property and location. Owner was friendly and helpfull. However, lack of mantainance. Also inadequate cooling, felt during hot summer, in upstairs lounge, bedroom and outhouse even after ACs had been cleaned by the owner on the second day. We had to ask for 2 fans which were thankfully provided the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"A well equipped beautifully situated villa high on a Sardinian hillside. The pictures represent it exactly. Sunny all day but with a nice cooling breeze to keep things comfortable. Quite a few steps to get in and out but good exercise for the leg muscles. Karin and Angela were very helpful in getting us into the villa very late at night as our ferry was cancelled and sorting out a minor electrical issue. The recycling is rather complex but that is down to the local authorities. All in all,...

"We had plenty of room, inside and out. It was nice and quiet. There was a supermarket around the corner. There are lots of interesting things to see in Southern Sardinia. The owners, Alessandra and Carlo were the perfect hosts. Very helpful. I would certainly recommend this property!!"

"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

"The property is in a convenient location, close to Cagliari. There is a pizzeria, market and restaurants within walking distance. There is a small garden on the property with garden chairs and a table for outdoor dining. The facility can accommodate up to 8 people, but there was little equipment. At our request, the equipment was supplemented. Despite the fact that the facility could use a little renovation (eg. squeaky doors), my stay was nice, pleasant and worth recommending."

"Lovely villa with large well kept gardens and every appliance and facility you would wish for. Games, toys, cooking appliances, beach towels, everything. Restaurants and a good supermarket in easy walking distance. Five adults and two infants able to spread out and not get under each other's feet. Only 30 minute transfer from Cagliari airport. Elvira is a delightful host and amazingly friendly and helpful."

"Zusammengefasst kann man sagen es lohnt sich, jedoch habe ich Fabrizio, dem Gastgeber nach unserem Aufenthalt mitgeteilt, das in der Kaffemaschine Wßrmer waren. Er meinte nur, dass er das der Putzfirma weiterleitet und fßr uns gab es keine Entschädigung oder ähnliches, da wir gezwungen waren diese sauber zu machen. Auch ist seine seine Unterkunftsbeschreibung teilweise nicht richtig ist. Beispielsweise gibt es gar keine Spßlmaschine, was fßr uns ein ausschlaggebender Punkt fßr die Unterkuntswahl...

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
