"Arianna was a wonderful host, very communicative and responsive on the few occasions that we needed her assistance. It is a traditional house in a very quiet suburb of Copeterra so ideal for a relaxing stay. The house is well equipped. A car is essential to reach Cagliari, the good beaches, restraints and sites. The ongoing roadworks cause a diversion and delay but hopefully they will be completed soon."

"Falling asleep at night listening to the waves crashing was so beautiful, that just explains the location, it really is just off the beach. The property is very secure and has off road parking. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and when we asked for more pillows, we got them straight away. Our host Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. He even came to our aid with our parking ticket. This holiday did not disappoint, it was memorable."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. We stayed here August 2022 and so glad we chose it. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Everything you needed was provided. The real bonus was the fact that they provided everything you needed for the beach - umbrellas, flippers, beach shoes, snorkel & masks, inflatables, bucket & spades, chairs, balls, beach bags so my children were very happy. The hosts are charming and welcoming, the neighbourhood is quiet, there is an excellent bar/restaurant/pizza on the nearest corner, and the local bus stops there if you want a day in Cagliari without driving and parking."

"Owner Paulo was very friendly and came to meet us and direct us to the house from the main road. House full of character, a round building with one living/sleeping area and a bathroom. Everything in the kitchen we needed to cook a couple of meals. Wine and coffee kindly provided. Views from outside over local area across to Cagliari and the sea were great. Seating area under the olive trees for eating outside ingood weather. Only a couple of small windows in the house so no views from inside...

"A well equipped beautifully situated villa high on a Sardinian hillside. The pictures represent it exactly. Sunny all day but with a nice cooling breeze to keep things comfortable. Quite a few steps to get in and out but good exercise for the leg muscles. Karin and Angela were very helpful in getting us into the villa very late at night as our ferry was cancelled and sorting out a minor electrical issue. "This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people.
