A family of four, kids 12 and 14, we had great time exploring southern Sardinia using the house in Capitana as our base. It was very relaxing to start our mornings in the beautiful garden with a cup of coffee while looking at the sea and listening to birds. "Pros. It is a very spacious property in a quiet, nice residential area (except next doors dog barking). The rooms are a very good size and there is a lovely garden at the front. It’s close to the sea, you can walk to the rock beach in 2 mins and the sand beach 7 mins. Grocery shops and restaurants were close by car. Antonia is also very pleasant. Cons. "La casa è veramente molto bella, indipendente, completa, ben accessoriata, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, zanzariere ovunque, terrazza con piscina tonda da 1,5 m molto piacevole. Tra le cose negative deve menzionare la pulizia, non certamente a livello della casa e del prezzo pagato, abbiamo dovuto chiamare subito perché entrambe le docce non scaricavano l'acqua e negli scarichi era presente parecchia schifezza.
