"I was allowed to check in earlier than the time it starts. The staff welcomed me and are friendly. It doesn't have a smoking space and I was told to go outside to smoke. The hotel staff offered me a pouch for cigarette ash. It is better to have a smoking place in door but they care of their property for cleanliness, which is good. The hotel is conveniently located by the railway station and the limousine bus from the airport makes a stop by the hotel. "

"We (couple) were very late arriving due to an issue earlier that day. Once we figured out the right phone number to call, the staff were only too happy to stay back an extra half hour for us to check in. Due to our late arrival we didn't get to spend long here but we certainly enjoyed our short stay; the room was comfortable, warm and clean, the facilities were good and the communal spaces were warm and welcoming.
