The scenery was idyllic and we loved the solitude. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, the food was great, and best of all, the staff were fantastic. From the front desk to wait staff to massage therapist to manager, everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Quiet gem. We stayed there for 3 nights in September. We loved the location. It is surrounded by mountains and view from the room is gorgeous. Service was excellent. All staff are always ready to everything that will improve your experience.

El ingreso al hotel esta alejado de la avenida(feo, todo oscuro de noche y parece peligroso), si llegas de noche tienes que tener cuidado; yo llegue de noche y solicite apoyo del personal de recepcion del hotel y nunca llego; al final tuve que ir solo hasta la puerta del hotel. el cuarto es muy bonito pero no trae todo lo que menciona en su nota de ingreso(falto la bata), su bañera es muy resbaladiza, tiene que tener cuidado se recomienda que pongan algun jebe o sueño plastico antideslizante.

I'm in love with this property. It is secluded enough with amazing mountains surrounded you but just a 10 minute drive from Ollantaytambo. It has a great restaurant- vegetatian friendly (loved the veggie burger), awesome breakfast and amazing staff. The fire place in the courtyard is a cherry on top after having a long adventurous day. Totally worth it to pay for the sauna and jacuzzi to enjoy with a bottle of wine. Water/Soft drinks and beers are complementary in the room with room service. Just loved this place and I can't wait to be back.

Positivo: El hotel es muy lindo porque tiene muchas plantas y zonas verdes en donde descansar y poder apreciar el valle, se siente la naturaleza. Las camas y almohadas son súper cómodas. La ducha es riquísima. Los cuartos y baños son limpios. El personal es muy servicial. Por mejorar: se escuchaban las pisadas del cuarto que estaba sobre el mío y aquello no me dejó descansar bien. El inodoro no tenía buena presión. La comida no era muy buena y no había mucha variedad de platos. Relación precio calidad: muy buena.
