"We were EXTEMELY dissatisfied with the Zum Schweizerbartl hotel. When we arrived to check in, the hotel was dark, the front door was locked, the back door was locked, and nobody was there. It was starting to get dark and cold, and thank goodness our taxi driver (Martin Weiss - great guy!) stayed to make sure we were ok. "Check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean, spacious and was easy to get around the area. The only issue we had was the television didn’t work. There was a cable laying on the floor for the tv but we couldn’t find where to connect it and I tried to contact the property manager and got no response regarding this issue"
