EXCELLENT service upon arrival!! Walked us to the room and thoroughly explained everything. Huge property so its like a maze in the beginning. Very good and unique onsen, loves the small rotemburo feeling!

6階の部屋でしたがトイレの水圧がかなり弱いです。家族が使用する度に水が流れるか不安になるほどでした。 トイレの水圧は改善すべきだと思う。 あと家族でお風呂の時間などバラバラなのでお部屋の鍵は2つはある方が親切だと思う。

1階ロビーはとてもセンス良く飾られていて、季節感もあり素敵なのに、同じフロアにあるトイレは古くお掃除も今ひとつ。トイレはもう少し綺麗にされた方が良いと思います。なんだか他が素敵なので尚更もったいないなと思いました。

初めての嬉野温泉
枕が合わず眠りが浅い。泉質は良い。美容液みたいな感じで温めなのに直ぐに湯当たりしそうな感じ。夕食は¥8.800/１人の焼肉にしましたが内容は少し寂しい。野菜の追加しましたが最初から少ないので如何なものか?飲み物も高めですね。建物自体古く迷路チックなので迷いやすい。
