Hotel is next to the bus station & tram station & a great location for San Mames football stadium. We were in the city for the Europa League game. A lovely city with lovely people & very inexpensive. "We really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, great rooftop bar. Only downside was the wifi--terrible service. In our five day stay, we were only able to get wifi service one of the days. They really need to upgrade it as I'm sure it's frustrating for business travelers (we were touring most of the time so it was an inconvenience while we were in the room.) Otherwise, friendly front desk staff, great service in the bar/restaurant. All in all, a good experience, but fix the wifi."
