"I have been wanting to stay at “the Bleck” for a long time so I looked forward to this chance. Property is nicely located in downtown Anderson and made us feel like home right away. Room was very nice and quiet and the milk and chocolate chip cookies was a nice treat. I highly recommend this hotel so if you are near Anderson don’t miss it!!! "

"Don’t stay in room 220 or anything around that number. Right by the exit door and the door was super loud closing. No sorting devices added to the door. It slammed shut all night long. Staff was super nice besides that "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I feel like for the price, room service should be available all day. I needed a plate for my room so i could properly eat some food i brought with me but was unable to get that at the time i arrived. Staff is friendly enough and willing to help. My room had a strange smell to it. Like mustard... at least thats how it felt to me. but it was clean. Must be a smell left from paiting or something. I would book again for the correct price. "
