"Amazingly beautiful and comfortable accommodation in Andermatt Reuss. The service and breakfast were excellent! The hotel provided complementary shuttle van to the train station. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Andermatt."

"Location is walking distance to mountains, the old village, great restaurants, grocery store, train station. Great tasting tap water, foods relatively healthy. Jonas at Alpine Apartments is an asset to the company. He is kind, helpful knowledgeable and customer oriented. "

"Host was very friendly and helpful! Our room had been recently renovated and was clean and very well done. The lobby area was very cozy and welcoming. We arrived on a Tuesday and their restaurant was closed in the evening but we were given excellent recommendations for elsewhere."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and for us, it was a perfect stop to explore the area. If you are looking for full a service hotel, it's not for you but as we weren't, it's easy relaxed feel was just right. Complimetary tea/coffee/cake is in reception, you can have as many cups as possible and we enjoyed the croissants in the morning. "Really clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Basic but it’s what you pay for. The location is ideal as it’s very central. Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. Overall an excellent experience. "

"What a magnificent place to stay! The room was very nice and comfortable! The staff went above and beyond and made me feel welcome. The hotel also provided me a bus pass to assist in my journey of exploring the local area. They had a free breakfast which was incredible! I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was and I would definitely stay there again. "
