"Das Hotel ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes im Umbruch. Das Zimmer war kärglich ausgestattet, es gab zwei Gläser, aber nicht einmal Wasser im Kühlschrank, ziemlich mitgenommene IKEA Tassen, um sich mit einem Beutel Tee zu versorgen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich besetzt, und auch das Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Offenbar eine nach dem Besitzerwechsel noch nicht wieder auferstandenes Hotel. "

"We were so comfortable and welcome at this hotel. The bed is so comfortable that I didn't want to leave, so I bought one of their amazing pillows from the front desk. Love the eco friendly building and bio breakfast with gluten free bread and plant milk. Very warm and friendly staff. 5⭐️ for me "

"Staff seemed unable to cope due to busy period, and were not as friendly as I'm used to in the south of Germany. There was a wedding on too so maybe due to that. Stlfling hot in room, and room Aircon control was not working. Great place though, would go back."

"A family of four, we stayed in one of the junior suites, with a queen bed and a converted sofa bed. The room was very spacious, had large closet space, and the bath came with double sinks. "Everything about the hotel was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, all great. The hotel grouods are very clean and its a very interesting concept (Erlebnishof is an adventure farm hotel typical of Germany). Family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for families and a great place for solo travellers."

"Such a beautiful hotel with lovely reception staff. We booked a junior suite which had a great view of the gardens and lake. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Comfortable large bed. Great food in the restaurant in the evening. Very close to the ferry and lots of restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station. Lots of options for walks along the lake to other towns and can get the bus or train back. Would definitely recommend staying in Uberlingen and this lovely hotel. "

"Meersburg and the hotel were something of a revelation to us. Only there for an overnight stay but will certainly be back. Our room was pleasant, clean, seemingly recently refurbished, and very well appointed / designed / set out, with guests’ convenience in mind. The hotel is directly on the lakeside, and our room looked out on to the ferry quay. Peaceful and beautiful. Parking is limited but we were offered a space just a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel - €15, which we thought was a bit steep. One other inconvenience was that breakfast is served in a sister hotel about 200 metres away, though a little electric shuttle is provided, if needed. This was more than compensated for, however, by the magnificent breakfast spread! A huge range of quality food and one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had."

Nice Apartment Building

"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. Location was fabulous and rooms were cute with well equipped kitchen. "
