"The staff is super friendly. The hotel grounds are well maintained. The spa is a really nuce amenity. If you get a room on the main road...The noise is pretty loud. The parking garage is REALLY difficult to get in and out. "

"Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there at the same time. Nice selection for food. Very convenient location to walk to the old town area with many restaurants and beautiful sights to see. Very close to the train and bus station as well. "

"Have stayed here so many times and have had brilliant service so it was a shock that checking out this time was a bit of a nightmare. We were just leaving our room at 11:08 when the phone rang, it was reception saying we were late checking out. Clearly stated on my reservation was noon. "The hotel was lovely, but their wifi signal was quite poor and dropped a lot. Other than that it was a very wonderful room. The water pressure was hard, the water temp was very hot, the VIEW was just perfect. There is a terrific little food truck about a 15/20 minute walk from the hotel! The pancakes, I mean, the pfannkuchens were AMAZING!!! The bratwurst were grilled and delicious! The french fries were cooked right, super crunchy but soft in the center. The Burger...just get the burger too!"

"It was very pleasant to stay at Hotel Filser and I would be happy to stay there again. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quiet and had everything I needed. If I may suggest one thing, it would be to improve the lighting in the room,especially in the bathroom which felt a bit dark for my liking. The highlight was the restaurant and the food. I was truly happy with my meals! The breakfast spread was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend staying here!"
