"My parents, husband, and I spent two glorious days at this hotel and we are eager to return. This is a Spa and wellness hotel and not a tourist hotel, which is why we chose it. I speak some German, but my parents and husband speak only English. We were happy to find that the hotel provided English translations for the restaurant menus, Spa offerings, and information about the rooms and surrounding area. "Der Hofwirt ist ein aussergewoehnliches Hotel mit sehr schoenen, grossen Zimmern. Alles wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Personal besticht durch seine Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit, so dass man sich ab der ersten Minute wie zu Hause fuehlt. Nicht verpassen darf man das Restaurant, mit tollen regionalen Produkten. Der Grillabend war definitiv mein Favorit. In den Hofwirt werde ich jederzeit sehr gerne wieder einkehren. "The staff here are all so wonderful. Vladimir, Dragi and the lady owner took care of me very well. The breakfast was very filling and the coffee was amazing. Vladimir was able to check me in early and the room was very clean. The ski area is very close from the property and Schladming town is a 5 min drive. A lot of parking spaces in the area. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, gym and there's a table tennis area. Really wonderful staff."

"Beautiful property, with absolutely incredible views. Staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t speak any higher about the employees. Some elements of the room could be modernised a little but it’s an old building. We had one of the 2 story rooms with a courtyard and Mountain View from one side and then a Mountain View the other. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used and was very surprised at the amount of water pressure at such an old building. Spa area...

"Nice hotel right by Grundlsee Lake, offering an amazing view. I had a room with a balcony directly facing the lake—it was stunning. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of variety. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel. I’ll definitely come again to enjoy a different view in the summer!"
